Odd playlist behavior

I upgraded to the latest version (5.32), and once I did so I encountered some very odd behaviour. Whatever is the first track I play once creating a new playlist or loading Winamp, ends up overwriting the track listing of each other song in the list as they're played.
Example, if my playlist has 4 songs:
01 - song 1
02 - song 2
03 - song 3
04 - song 4
and I play song 1, then great it plays. Then if I double click on song 2 it plays too, but then if I double click on song 3 the list is now:

01 - song 1
01 - song 1
03 - song 3
04 - song 4
then if I play song 4
01 - song 1
01 - song 1
01 - song 1
04 - song 4
etc etc till eventually every track in the lists displays the name of the first track I played, the only time it shows the correct name is while it's actually playing, then it temporarily reverts back to it's correct name. I was able to stop this behaviour by unchecking the 'use advanced title display format'. Very odd behaviour, anyone else has this issue?
