Winamp 2.72 uninstallation

I have uninstalled Winamp 2.72 from W2k and now the music CD Auto-Insert Notification autoplay with W2k CD Player doesn't work. W2k tryes to play the CD with a error/lost path exc.
How do I get back the pluging to Windows own CD Player?
