Cannot move playlists to ipod shuffle
I got an iPod Shuffle and I cannot stand iTunes. I am trying to move songs to my iPod through the newest version of WinAmp. My Shuffle is recognized, but when I right-click a song in my playlist and go to Send To: and then iPod Shuffle, I get the following message:
'Some of these tracks were of an incompatible format and will not be transferred' |

sbostin - Although I cannot move files form a CD to the shuffle, Winamp does recognize my shuffle. Before trying Winamp I loaded iTunes and did the update of my shuffle. Maybe the update helped Winamp see my shuffle?
Anyway, I still have the original problem. I can move files to my shuffle as long as the files are physically stored on my pc, but not from a CD. I have to rip the songs to my computer first and then move them to the shuffle. |
