Major Freezing Issue (5.32 and older/newer)

I have a major freezing problem with Winamp Pro 5.32 and older/newer.

Specs:
Dell Dimension 8400 [Intel Pentium 4, 3 GHz, 1GB DDRAM, XP Home, Sound Blaster Live! 24-bit]
Radeon X300 128mb
Intel 82801 Chipset

Winamp:
Pro 5.32 and older (symptoms apply to)
DFX Audio Enhancer 8.019
AudioScrobbler for Winamp 1.1.10
AMIP for Winamp 2.53
Toaster for Winamp 0.7.8
Monkey's Audio Player v3.97

Windows Live Messenger PSM turned ON.

Basically, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I can open one song and it'll just completely freeze/hang. I've had too many experiences to count of when i try to open a new song, winamp just completely freezes [ctrl+alt+del to close]. If i try to open another song, or same song, same results. I restart (sometimes i don't have to) and it'll work just fine, fully functional. Other times, it just repeats itself. It's really getting old, is anyone else getting problems like this? If so, fixes?

Personally, I believe it is the WLM PSM and Toaster interoptability...

Also: I've installed it on my Dell Inspiron E1505/6400 and everything works just fine, no freezing or anything.
