Files in winamp come up as "????? - ?????"

this keeps happening to most of the tunes i put in there and the file name that i was origanlly isnt question marks. the songs are japanese but i normally this dont happen to the title. can anyone help me in any way ?

Files in winamp come up as "????? - ?????"
I couldn't make sense files meaning. It's for display on winamp? If it's yes, change preference setting. Winamp can handle Japanese font like MS UI gothic nomally. If you use chainese character for title,artist in IDtag that comes ???!.

Make sure you are running 5.33, remove any third party plugins.
