Winamp crashes instantly on Vista

I'm receiving a similar error, but not quite the same.

System:

Sony VAIO VGN-SZ460N/C
SonyStyle link reference
Vista Business
2GHZ Core2 Duo
2.0GB RAM

When I am watching a shoutcast broadcast, and it seems that it would otherwise be ending the brodcast, or changing files, I get the following error:

I'm wondering what's the problem with in_nsv.dll in this particular case... my windows XP box runs just fine for hours, and can switch files within streams without dropping me or crashing. It seems that only my Vista machine does this.
