The firewalls on your PC are the issue now.

Since we don't know what you have, you have to find the firewalls you have (the list I would give you could be 1000 long), and either disable (last resort) or configure them (the best thing). You really shouldn't undertake this if you don't know everything that's on your computer.

To sum everything up -- you did everything right so far -- you got the DSP and the server talking to each other, you confiured your router, now you have to discover and learn about the firewalls on your PC -- this would also be a good time to consider getting rid of all of them since your router is blocking everything that you have not allowed (via port forwarding) anyway.

Just take your time.
