ATF Problem in Main Title

I tried searching the forums for this but couldn't find anything. In my Advanced Title Formatting(ATF) I have the rating listed. A five star song will be displayed with "*****" in it and so on. If you look in the Winamp Main window, the scrolling title scrolls and you see the correct formatting just fine. Except the ATF block is separated by "***". Basically, as it scrolls....it separates the end of the ATF from the beginning of the ATF (when scrolling back around) with "***". Its using 3 *'s as the separator from the end to beginning of the ATF block. Sorry, if I'm repeating myself, I just wanted to be clear.

In short, I DO NOT WANT THIS. The 3 *'s leads to confusion as to what my song is rated. I do not know how to fix it, change it, whatever. Anyone help me out?

btw, this is my ATF in case you wanna see. I did not create this ATF....so if its a problem with my ATF, please tell me how to correct it as I don't really understand some of the stuff in it....only the result.
[%artist% - ]$if2(%title%,$filepart(%filename%))[ $repeat(* , %rating%)]

Hmm, strange.

Yeah, I can reproduce that if using a Classic skin, but not if using a Modern skin
(I mainly use Winamp Modern skin most of the time).

Looks like it could be a bug....

Ahh, wait a minute...

Those three stars inbetween the TrackTime and PlaylistNumber are there by default for classic skins, lol.

Yeah, it's been so long since I used a classic skin that I'd forgotten about them.

Alas, it's by design, and I don't think they can be removed.
But yeah, I hear you... it is a bit confusing, heh.

Well that sucks. You are right, I do use Classic skins...didn't think it would matter too much me mentioning that. It really does add alot of confusion to my ATF. Should I submit this to a bug report or something?

No, because it's by design, not a bug.

You can stick it in the Wishlist if you want.
ie. a request to get those 3 stars removed from the classic songticker.

[Edit]

Ok, I've edited your other thread and moved it from Bug Reports to Wishlist :-)
