emusic, what a scam

I tried the offer of free mp3s from emusic which comes with winamp. I signed up august 2006. I've found out they've charged my account since then with a premium membership so I thought ah well, how did this happen? I tried to email them but I never even got a reply... Oo

I never downloaded even 1 file. How did it turn to premium acouunt? Anyway, I thought I just download what I could for what I've payed and just unsubscribe instead, but when I try search for music I want, I can't find anything I want. The selection of mp3s at emusic is like teh shit.
