use the Gapless Output plug-in with ShnAmp

I saw this problem, too, but the solution I found was to go to Preferences > Plug-ins > Output and select the "Crudsoft Gapless Output v1.5 [out_gapless.dll]". It should've been installed when you ran the ShnAmp v2.02 installer.

Not sure why none of the other output plug-ins didn't work, but there's my 2Â¢.
