Not sure why none of the other output plug-ins didn't work, but there's my 2¢.

seems like I spoke too soon. after upgrading to 5.34, I found that SHNs didn't work anymore. :|

apparently, wayne updated in_shn.dll in dec 2006 to fix a bug that didn't show up until recently.

another side affect of upgrading to a more recent version of winamp is that ATSurround Processor output plug-in doesn't work anymore.

if I can't find an update for that one, it's back to an earlier version of winamp for me.
