Winamp won't change mp3 icons or its prog icon...

Why wont Winamp change its icon to the one i select? and also for the mp3s? i keep trying but it just stays to what it wants and not what i want

also winamp crashes sometimes while its playing, like when i got a mp3 on repeat, it decides it doesnt want to play no more and performs an illegal opp the laggin is annoying too! (see my other post) any ideas what's wrong?
