.pls and .m3u playlist files do not work in v5.35

The files get listed in winamp's "Playlist Editor" window but winamp simply doesn't play them, and never gets the filelist of what files are actually in the playlist.

This is on Vista Ultimate.
I downgraded back to v5.3 and now playlists work fine.

I'm running 5.35 on XP Pro and .PLS and .M3U work fine.
