CD-R drive not showing up in Ripper/Burner

I have WinAmp 5.35 (registered) installed on WinXP Multimedia edition. When I start the Ripper/Burner, none of my CD/DVD drives show up on the Available drives list.

My system does have the registered Nero 7 Ultra edition installed, as well as the trial version of Sonic Cineplayer.

The two drives on the system are:

TSSTcorp CD/DVDW SH-S182M
Sony DVD-ROM DDU1615

I have a blank CD in the CD/DVDW drive and a music CD in the DVD-ROM. The operating system recognizes both discs, but WinAmp doesn't still doesn't show them. Restarting WinAmp doesn't help and neither does restarting the PC.

Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

I believe I've solved my problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software and it seems to be working properly.
