Problems Encoding - AVI to NSV

I would imagine I do. I downloaded the ALL IN ONE CODEC PACK recently in order to display these files (in their original AVI format). Its version was 6.0.3.0. How can I check directly for FFDShow? I was pretty sure that this was included in the All-in-1 codec pack.

I searched and found 6.0.3.0 includes:
DivX, XviD - FFDShow 17.02.2005 Alpha

I've just downloaded FFDShow from sourceforge labeled:
ffdshow-20020617.exe

I'll try installing this and see what the results are.
