Using wimamp with apple mac

Can you tell me if I am correct that the following are the steps I need to go through to be able to stream movies please.

1. download winamp
2. download dpoweramp('where I get that I have no idea)
this will give me an apple lossless decoder that will encode applelossless to flac?

This is all double dutch to me but the need to hear and see english movies and tv, while living in Germany, is greater than the fear of looking stupid. LOL

There is no Winamp for the MAC. Nor dbPowerAmp has anything to do with it.
