The End Of Internet Radio?

Are shoutcasters that do it as a hobby like 30 listeners or what not going to have the plug pulled on them when this new law takes effect withing the next 30 days? I think it will be a sad, sad, world without internet radio...been a great way for me to share my music that i've created myself...independent artists will be crippled if shoutcasting is finished...and I always said playing bands with record labels were just getting free promotion on my sites...like the one i had with great search results nabbed by the re-sellers,
