winamp 5.35 skin problems

hello guys I'm stuck with a problem i cant figure out how to fix so here it goes when i use winamp i have the classic main window flashing behind my current main window its always offset to the left about an inch and i've uninstalled it multiple time but it keeps coming back please help me find a solution because it driving me mad thanks

the classic window shows when a winadow in a skin is not skinned. the crazy thing is that it appears behind the correct window, right?
does this happen with every modern skin? have you tried a clean install? do you have v 5.35?

This can happen with desktop enhancers or screen managers...

thanks for you replies i think i have found out the problem i had a program called discover and it forced tooltip in front of the taskbar and once i disabled it winamp works fine
