XM Issue-channels won't play!

Hello all!

2 weeks ago, I was happily listening to the 70's channel and I was also running 2 other programs at the same time. At one point, the radio froze and when I tried to reconnect, I got this error message that read: "Cannot create output file "c:\02_[HTTP_1_0 200 OK]" In the top margin of the error box it says it's a Nullsoft Disk Writer plug-in error. The problem still exists today because just a few minutes ago, I tried to access XM again and the same error came up. I have a Windows XP Home SP 2 machine with 256 Megs of RAM. CPU: Intel Pentium 4 2 Gigs. No sound or video cards-all software driven.

Any ideas on how to solve this?
