Another "error syncing to stream" problem

Hi all,

I've searched the forums and found various people who have the "error syncing to stream" error but mine seems a little different.

Here's the link I'm trying to access:

It looks like this php script is generating the asx file on the fly. From a Linux box I've tried to "wget" this url but it comes back empty (in the hopes it'd list a direct link to the stream).

In Windows Media Player this link plays fine so the link seems valid. I'm just not sure what I need to do to get it working in Winamp (or if it's even possible). Anyone have any ideas? I have this problem in both v5.33 and v5.35

The server should ignore the unknown parameter in the URL, Winamp should see the .ASX on the end and treat it right. (Use the Open Location option in Winamp).

If that does not work (it does not for me), try the following links. Right click on one of the links, select Copy Link/Shortcut and then paste the address in to Winamp's Open URL box. Alternately, you could just try left clicking on one of the links.

Once you have a stream playing in Winamp, either save it a Winamp bookmark or playlist so you can have easy access at a later time.
