Skin Edit Form - is it working?

Hi,
I just filled out the form to edit my skin.
The page refreshed, but I didn't see any confirmation that the information had been submitted.

I tried again and the same thing happened...
Did they go through?

this is the skin I tried to update:

the submission is currently down (side changes). i think that's the reason.
