I Just Installed Winamp 5.35 - Now My Internet Explorer Doesn't Work

I just DL'd the newest version of Winamp (5.35) and have the new Internet Explorer (I think it's 7? - the one with the tabbed web-browsing.) Anyway, I have internet connection (obviously) but ever since I got the new version of Winamp, this morning, I can't open up Internet Explorer. And as soon as I uninstall winamp, from the control panel, add/remove etc... everything is totally fine. I did this back in like February as well, installed Winamp, IE didn't work, unistalled it, IE worked, and left my computer as is, with Windows Media Player, but I wanted to make an html playlist, and I know winamp has this option. I installed 5.35 like 20 minutes ago, I went to open up Internet Explorer, and it doesn't work.. again... no webpages I checked... and all the sites I tried in IE when it didn't work, work now when I'm on Mozilla, which is what I'm in now...

Anybody have any idea what's up or what I need to do?

I suggest performing a clean reinstall of winamp

and running virus scanners and spyware removers.
