NSIS Error

I just got NSIS v2.29 and I get this Error when I try to make a SFX File. What does this Mean?

Zip2Exe should be in the Bin folder and makensis.exe should be outside in the NSIS folder.

I know, everything is in place but I still get the Same Error. It is just some bug that the softwear its self has, I have unstalled it and looked in the Regrisrty and Folders of all Traces of Older and Current Versions of NSIS snd got rid of them and reinstalled it and same thing happened. I have a Older Cversion on a Differnt PC that I found that WORKS! So I am set, Thanks!
