Listeners can't connect

Hello

I think I have a problem somewhat similar to this: Everything shows green and I get no error messages. I can connect to my stream using another program on the host computer (winamp streaming, vlc listening) and it works just fine. However, other people can't connect. I have forwarded the ports.

When I go to a browser and try going to my ip address : port, I get this message:

ICY 401 Service Unavailable icy-notice1:
SHOUTcast Distributed Network Audio Server/win32 v1.9.8
icy-notice2:The resource requested is currently unavailable

What could be the cause?

EDIT: Oh, I leave my stream running in case you want to check it.
