need help identifying song title and artist

it is a rather old song (techno of sorts i am not too specific abt the genre i apologise) that came out about the 90s if i'm not wrong. i've been trying to figure out the title and artist for many years now and still have no clue, any help would be appreciated.

try a lyrics search. type a sentence of the lyrics into google.

thats the tough part. i have problems trying to understand the words to the song to try to do a search. =(
