Problem With Installing Program

Hi

Im new to NSIS and i was wondering could someone please help me. I compile a script for winrar and everything seems to work until i try to install the program i get an error message that says some files could not be created Please close all applications, reboot Windows and restart this installation. I did what it said and still get this error. I click on ok and it said cannot create winRAR.exe

You probably forgot SetOutPath $INSTDIR.
