Spyware

I had the same problem and read it could be spyware from a malicious mp3 site. This problem has been spreading like wildfire so it sounds about right. I did a scan with Spyware Doctor v. 5.0 (http://www.pctools.com/product/download/)and it found some serious infections. Once i had it clean it out and followed its instructions (including rescanning in safe mode), not only did winamp work just fine but my overall computer performance improved, even tho it wasnt sluggish before. I suggest you dl this program and run a full scan. If it only detects the infections and prompts you to buy the full version to remove them...email me at spywaredoctor@who.net
