If you want two totally different source programs, you have to give up anything that uses the soundcard -- this includes crossfading. You'll also want to use the NULL Ouptut output plugin to mute the WinAMP audio of at least one of the source WinAMP programs so you don't lose your mind -- you'll also have to realize that the two DSP instances are NOT independent, so you cannot use the same output number in the different instances.

It's not really a good idea to do this because you may overload the CPU even if you get it to work.

Otherwise, make sure that when running the DNAS on a different port that it is different by at least two ports -- each DNAS uses PortBase and PortBase+1.
Can you elaborate on the steps for doing this, or point me in the right direction for instructions on this? I'm using Shoutcast Source - should i use something else if I want multiple streams and playlists?

I'm ultimately interested in running multiple streams of different content, and multiple rates for each.
