Bento skins - mouse-wheel context (volume)

Hi, I've noticed in the Bento skins, where all the winamp display "segments" are docked together in one uber-window (nice!), the mouse-wheel only works when the "winamp window" segment is focussed. Unfortunately, in this new docked design, it's impossible to see which window segment is focussed, making this function quite unintuitive.

May I suggest the following:

- Mousewheel over the winamp systray icon always adjusts volume
- Mousewheel behaviout in Bento skins changes to affecting what the mouse is floating over, rather than which window segment is currently focussed. This kinda made sense in the typical modern skins (with focussed window segments hilited) but makes no sense in Bento. Result: float over volume, roll and change volume. Float over ML scrollbox, roll, and the box scrolls, etc..

Love the new skins! Just like to see the menus/dialogs styled along with the skin.
