Unhappy Don't show quick launch icon on vista user account

if you logon Vista into User account,
my program will install on my computer
then, Quick Launch Icon will not created.

When I logon Vista into User account,
Don't execute next script.

When I logon Vista into Admin account,
Success next script.

CreateShortCut "$QUICKLAUNCH\${PRODUCT_FILENAME}.lnk" "$INSTDIR\AAA.exe" "" "" 0 SW_SHOWNORMAL ""

Since I hate Vista, I don't know if SetShellVarContext will help you.
