Album art oddity

I have my music arranged in folders. I have my main music folder, the sub directories for each album.

eg G:\Music\Beatles - Revolver

Obviously I'd like the album art for each album to be in the proper folder.

This is fine for 99% of my albums, everything works fine.

But for a few, the art doesn't work if it's in the album folder.

If I use Winamp to get the album art, it just dumps it in the Music folder.

I've tried moving it manually, but that doesn't work, Winamp doesn't pick it up.
I've tried getting the art myself, and putting it in the correct folder.
Winamp doesn't pick it up.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still no joy.

What's going on??
