WinAmp 5.5.1 won't open - has stopped working

Hmm I tried deleting the "ml_pmp.dll" plug-in and it didn't do anything. I tried running it with WinAmp Agent (Which I usually install but leave off). But nothing helps. It HAS to run as an administrator to not crash. I dunno what's up.

As I said before I made sure there was no "C:\Program Files\WinAmp" or "C:Users\[me]\AppData\Roaming\WinAmp" directories left after I uninstalled it. I dunno what's wrong.

Any ideas?
