WinAmp 5.5.1 won't open - has stopped working

So, go on into Control Panel > User Accounts and change your account to Administrator (give yourself admin rights). Afterwards, you should be able to open Winamp with no further problems (you may have to reboot or log off and back on for the changes to take effect).
