winamp accessing internet

for some reason, ever since i've moved, winamp won't access the internet for anything. i've tried un-installing and re-installing it and nada. when i try to open the winamp browser or view the "now playing" i get this:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access h tt p://client.wina mp.com/ brow ser/ welcome on this server.
