which is the procedure to add a radio in the online library?

Hello all,

Please tell me how can i add a radio in Winamp's media library thus when someone will click on the shoutcast radio in the library, my radio to be listed there.

I am waiting forward for your answer.

Moved from Winamp Tech Support to SHOUTcast Tech Support

Are you a SHOUTcaster?

1. Winamp > Ctrl+P (for Preferences)
2. Plug-ins > DSP/Effect
3. double click "Nullsoft SHOUTcast Source DSP
4. Output Tab > Yellow Pages > make sure 'Make this server public' is checked/selected

That will put you on the SHOUTcast list. The YP is not in "real time", it will take awhile before the updated YP goes public and your station will be viewable in 'Media Library > SHOUTcast Radio' list, Winamp.com Radio and the SHOUTcast.com listing. Some times 15 minutes or up to a half hour. If the SHOUTcast list is acting up, it may even take several hours. Also, if the YP is acting up and you are already public, your listing on the YP will be sporadic.

As far as i remember you have to be in the top 500 stations to be listed in the winamp library..

Nah, that was way back in the day. Now it lists everyone.
Though the default page is the "Top 500"
