syncing

im trying to figure out a way to sync music to an sd card for my phone, i need to put all the files in a certain directory and they cannot be in subfolders...
as in
/my_music/file1.mp3
/my_music/file2.mp3
/my_music/file2.mp3

instead of like the default sync settings where it goes into root and just throw it into folders

Did you change the File Name Format string from the default in Prefs -> Media Library -> Portables -> %your portable name% -> Advanced tab?

You can set it to do almost anything. I've got mine set to:
E:\MUSIC\<Genre>\<Album>\## <Title>
And it sounds like your string should be something like:
X:\my_music\<Album> - ## <Title>
