Start/Play/Pause .exe file?

Hello!

I use my play hotkey on my keyboard. Can someone please make me a .exe file for Winamp that:

Start/Play/Pause Winamp?

Like if winamp is not open and i hit that key, winamp starts, and if winamp is open the play button pause/play.

I wan't a .exe file that does that and i can assign the hotkey to that file.
