anyone know where i can get them?
im so suprised that i dont have them already. According to my dsp i dont tho.

Buy Fraunhofer IIS's codec for CBR encoding and general decoding (playback), and get the Lame encoder for doing Mp3-VBR encoding.

is there a free thing that can do this - i dont really feel like dishing out stuff that i sure used to have before this dsp/netshow was installed.
