Error When Exiting Winamp

Every time I exit Winamp, I keep getting this error message. Does anyone know what is the cause of this problem? Please advice as it is very annoying.

I use Winamp daily and it worked fine until I installed the first version after 5.35 that beeing 5.5.

With 5.5 to 5.52 I have the same problem as you. Not allways but very often after exiting winamp the program will crash to that same error you experienced.

Since many others have the same problem something must have changed with 5.5 (bento skin?/dll conflicts?)

I tried what ppl suggested renamed couple of dll's etc but still random exit crashes. Finally I got fed up and went back to 5.35. I hope I will no longer get the crashes because this the only working fix for the problem that I can figure out at the moment.

I hope this will be fixed soon or otherwise I will change my default player :-/
