sorting files/hiding drives

I have used the plugin for a couple of years, I like it mostly, but two "issues" that were not really explored here (they were mentioned in passing, no reply ever given) in the forum, (I did read the entire archive), was is there a way to sort files alphabetically, and the abilility to hide drives not associated with music files.

Has this progressed from the last posts, or is this plugin in effect dead?

I thought that I was starting a new thread on the gUSB plugin discussion. Now I can't find my way back to the gUSB discussion.
