Amazing new winamp easter egg game found
I found out if you hit the left and right keys in a synchronous and fast motion while playing a song it is like there are two of the same song playing at once 5 seconds apart from each other (even though just one song is open). And the even cooler thing about this is that you are controlling it from playing (almost like how someone runs on a treadmill to generate energy to charge something -- so you are the one playing the song through your work/hand movements).
If you are really daring you can try hitting the left key twice and then the right key twice to get a effect (this one being 10 seconds apart). It is a fun game to play to see how fast you can press the left and right buttons to successfully play the song not just in double but also at the right sync to get it to play clearly. Note that when just beginning to practice doing this trick it sounds best when replaying the vocal part of the song. After you get good at this you can move on to the other parts. I feel if this new skill was developed to a great extent it would be on par with learning the guitar and piano. Am I the first to discover this amazing easter egg/game in WinAmp? |

I don't think that is a Easter egg. Simply the result of Winamp's cross-fade option.
