how to rapresent not-standar character

Hi, in my license.txt i have some characters like this:
Ã¨ Ã² Ã_
and when i show them i get junk.
Have i to encode them in my license.txt in a particular way?

Try using RTF instead (WordPad).

already did...i tried to substitute "Ã¨" with "è" but nothing...it show me "è"...thx

Those both look identical to me, so it's probably not an encoding issue but a language/representation issue.
