No Detection of Creative Zen V

I'm running XP, Winamp 5.52.

Winamp does not detect my player.

Creative Zen V

I have tried with the Creative software installed and uninstalled. It shows up in explorer and works fine with Windows Media Player and Explorer.

I tried searching forums/faq/etc. to no avail.

Any help?

If you read the FAQ then why didn't you post the information we require? The list of plugins would immediately answer the next question. Do you have the appropriate plugin installed?

Is the Zen V not a Plays For Sure device then? The Internet seems to suggest that it it. Run the Winamp installer again and check the support for PlaysForSure devices. Once you have got pmp_p4s then your Zen should work.
