random playback and random time retween

Hi,

im lokking for a "random playback" since a coulpe of time...it should play particular sounds after a particular time period, the sound should be random, the time period should be bordered by a minimum and a maximum time...i hope you understand what i mean D

i will try to give a example:
i take five or six sounds and put them into the "randomizer", then i define the nimimum and maximum time period betwenn them and put them also into a "randomizer"...

and then is tart the playback:
sound1---sound2---------------sound5-----sound1-------sound3---sound6...

is that possible to realise with winamp? im in a appenticeship in IT branch, so i have basic knowledge and hope your explanations wont shock me
