How to copy files in a sun folder in program files folder

hi all,
i m new to NSIS installer tool.
i want to make a installer to install .net framework and installer of another software.
i have done this part.
but i have application that i want to copy to client system at location "c:\inetpub\wwwroot" and want to copy a text file in a subfolder in program files.

please help me out.
i m not much aware with the tags.

$PROGRAMFILES is the constant you want.
