Link to album covers

This might not be the appropriate forum, and if not, I apologize. Mods, feel free to move this if necessary.

Anyway, I've noticed a lot of stations' webpages that will take the current song being played and link it to the artist's album via Amazon.com, with the option to "Buy". Can anyone provide me with the basic HTML coding to do this? It's a very nice feature and I'd like to include it with my site.
