loads second hard drive as portable

Winamp is seeing my second internal hard drive as a portable. How do I stop this? I've done a clean reinstall, done a search for all winamp related files and deleted these as well.

Hmm, strange. It shouldn't be detecting internal IDE hard drives at all.
