Noob Has Connection Problem

There's a shocker, eh?

I am having trouble getting my shoutcast off the ground. Please forgive me if you've heard this before...

I have set up a computer to use as a shoutcast server. I THINK I've set everything up correctly. Apparently I haven't. If I'm understanding this correctly, all I have to do now is open winamp, select my playlist and press PLAY, right?

When I do this, winamp scrolls through the tracks of my playlist trying to connect. It does this indefintely. I have to manually press STOP to get it to stop. I don't get any error messages. What I DO see is the connecting message in the upper left column, where the tracks data should be reading something like this:

[connectin]http://192.168.1.111:80/c1a4222a97c98953/4/o!9%3a1-4/live.wma(39:43)

I recognize 192.168.1.111 as the adress for my router (wireless, even though I am hardwired/LAN for this computer's conection) Am I getting a roadblock at my router?

Here's another really stupid question: Since I have this dedicated computer acting as a server, can I run winamp on the same computer to broadcast, or do I need to do this on a seperate computer?

Any help with this will be greatly appreciated. (once you finish roflyao, that is...)

Thanks,
PaulieP
