Noob Has Connection Problem

I found out that my problem was with my router. I opened up ports 8000 and 8001, it seems to work now. Thanks for your help.

Now that I have your ear, or your eye, as the case may be, how do I verify that my stream can be heard, and that my "station" is listed in the shoutcast directory?
