Setup window pops up when opening winamp

This problem just started today. When opening Winamp, a set-up window pops up. I complete everything in the window and subsequent windows then select finish. The window pops up again and the process starts all over. I cannot open Winamp. It was working fine yesterday and I haven't made any changes to my computer. Does anyone know whay this is happening and how to fix it?

This suggests that your winamp.ini settings file either can't be written to, or some external cleanup app (such as WindowWasher) is deleting it.
